Target: Leap Frog Alphabet $.49 Using Price Matching

Mojo Savings has a posting HERE on how you can get the Leapfrog Alphabet Toy at Target for $.49, if your Target price matches Toys R Us.

Thanks for sharing, Mojo Savings!

You know, I may just go get one so I can donate it. What a great way to help out the needy and not break your own budget. Please always remember to give back to those in need.

UPDATE: Call ahead to make sure your Target matches Doorbuster deals and such as some are hearing that theirs are not.

  1. I have a question about the price matching. We don't have a Toys R Us around but if I print the ad from their website do you know if Target will accept it?

  3. I called the manager and told them "Doorbusters" are not excluded on their website...he sent me to customer service (which is a joke) and I spoke to 3 different people in India. Each person, had a different view. Finally I 3-wayed the India Cust. Service and the manager. I think the manager just felt sorry for me and just gave me the deal.

When I got there - the manager I spoke with wasn't there. (Go figure!) One of the managers was giving me trouble and the other 2 finally gave in.

(The entire time - I was kind and gentle. I truly believe had I been rude and arrogant they would have said "Bah Humbug."

    It pays to be persistent!

    Blessings to you,

BTW - I mentioned your site today on my post. ;)

  4. I called five stores in our area and only one "kinda" sounded like they may, the rest said it was in thier policy to NOT match doorbuster and "timed" ads such as 2 day sales

I did not call and ask. I have found it best not to call and ask.

  6. I took my Target coupon to Walmart (I called ahead to see if they took competitors coupons and they said they did) When I took the toy to customer service it rang up as only $9.00! The coupon wouldn't scan but they did an override and I got it for FREE!!!!!! I did have to wait for about 10 or 15 minutes but it was worth it
