You can stop cooking them at that point, and they will be pliable little discs, or you can cook them a TINY bit longer and they become crispy chips. They are truly awesome. You'll want to "Drain" them on paper towels briefly, as they can be oily. I eat salsa with carrots, zucchini, squash, etc. Cut them into rounds and dip like chips. Also if you have a Trader Joes around you they have blue corn ships and veggie chips and such.
