Week in Review: Free Samples
Here is a picture of all the free samples that have graced our mailbox in the last two weeks! Don't worry...we give our mailman a Christmas bonus! :)
What all arrived?
Huggies diapers, Huggies wipes, Seattle's Best Coffee, Tide w/ Dawn Scrubbers (and $31 in coupons!), Alli weight loss book, Arm & Hammer toothpaste, Old Spice Body Wash, Nivea for Men Post Shave Balm, True Lemon/Lime/Orange, Gold Bond Foot Cream, 14-day supply of Multi Vitamins for Her from Nature Made, 5 Lysol Children's activity books, Organic Valley children's activity book, Jiffy Recipe book, Alaway Eyedrops, Sun-Maid Recipe book, Ladies Home Journal complimentary issue with Recipe Book, Greeting Cards, Vegetarian Starter Kit with Recipes, Ponds Towellettes, Pledge Multi-Surface Cleaner, Benefiber Supplement, Playtex sample, Mothers of Organic coupons and book, Airborne Power Pixie and a sample of Splenda. Not shown: Multi-grain Cheerios(Nathan ate!), 2 Greenies treats and Pupperoni 50-calorie sample pack. (Nathan fed to the dogs!)
So if you think that filling out samples is a waste of time, here's proof that they DO show up in your mailbox! Plus, most of these samples came with coupons with long expiration dates.
Funny Tidbit: Every time I sign up for one, I sign my Mom up, as well. I had forgotten to mention this to her until this weekend! When I told her, she had a big smile on her face and said, "I figured that was you! PLEASE keep them coming! I don't dread going to the mailbox now!" The great thing is, everything really is a surprise to her, since she doesn't know what I signed her up for. And of course, with each one that arrives, she knows that I thought about her. :)
For all the samples that come in little boxes, Nathan snags those to put in his play kitchen. So I don't have to feel bad for any extra packaging wastes!
Happy Sampling!
