I took this picture of my Mom holding Kaydi at our family's Christmas gathering. As soon as I snapped the photo, I felt I had seen that picture before.
This is a picture of my Mom holding ME 32 years ago! The angle was exactly the same. Talk about Deja Vu! I am definitely going to have this made up into a collage for my wall! Like Mother, Like Daughter!
To me, it says that my mother has the same feeling of love for my daughter as she did for her own. Incredibly touching!

ReplyDeleteThat is great! My ILs did something similar for my hubby and son..as well as BIL and his son...but they have been PLANNING it for 32 years! LOL They saved outfits from first birthdays then made us dress the boys in them...and pose them in the same way as the original pic.... hmmm.
