Last night I went to Target to snag a few storage ottomans they have on sale this week for $17. I noticed that our store had an entire aisle (both sides) of furniture-type items on clearance for 75% off!
There were things such as wall art, dorm room storage ottomans (for $4.97!), floor fans and lamps. I found a great swing-arm floor lamp marked down from $70 to $17! It looks perfect in the "Book Nook" I am trying to create.
I just thought I'd share so in case you were already making a trip there, you may want to see if your store has any clearance items, too!
By the way, those storage ottomans are a great item to consider for your playroom or family rooms. You can store toys/crafts/magazines etc and have an extra piece of furniture to use as a foot stool, extra seat for parties or even an end table, if you put a flat tray on top. I love multi-tasking furniture items! :)
I saw these at our local Target yesterday. I should have grabbed one or two. Think I'll back tonight or tomorrow.
