ReplyDeleteYou should be able to as one is a manufacturer's coupon and one is a Target one. They are reimbursed by different people, so in one sense, still considered to be one offer.

Not sure on that. The coupon just says Tag reading system. You can ask your Target if it applies? More than likely it will be up to each individual store on how to interpret.
