I still have to catch up on this week's episode. I always try to watch at least the Spring season as it tends to keep me motivated to exercise through the winter. I am looking forward to when the temps finally hit 40-50 degrees so I can make another attempt at running/training. Hoping it goes better this year! (And if anyone has tips to keeping away knee pain, I'm all ears!) :)

  2. When I was first started running, I had knee pain too. IT band stretches and rolling on a foam roller helped me out. My friend also has had knee pain from running and she says stretching & yoga really helped her. Good Luck!
