
So I keep reading online and in magazines on how by February most of the people with the New Year's Resolution to get healthy or lose weight have already given up. That saddens me! But I can see why it happens. It's hard to stay on track and only losing a pound here or there or none at all can be depressing if you've put so much time into working out.
But I don't want any of my readers to give up! I've seen so many of you comment on how you need a fitness DVD to help you stay motivated. Well, I can help 3 more of you out!
I've decided to do 3 more fitness DVD giveaways in February. I'm going to switch the giveaways to Tuesday, though, and post them right after I update my E2 Challenge results. I'm hoping that the combination of the two will help keep all of us on track!
The first one will be posted on Tuesday, February 10th, for a total of 3 more giveaways. But I do have one that just started today and ends on Thursday, February 5th at Noon. It's for The Biggest Loser Workout, Vol. 1.

And in the meantime, DON'T GIVE UP! The best way to lose weight and get healthy is to do it slowly. So have patience. And don't go by what the scale says -- Go by how you feel! More energy? Clothes fitting a little better? Sleeping better? Smiling more? :)

And for those of you that have already quit your Resolution, dust yourself off and start back up. No one says that because you quit that you can't get back on track!
