Last time I took them up on their offer of the $10 gift card, I bought something that I had to pay $13.00 in addition to the $10, but have yet to receive the product and that has been over 20 days ago. I was wondering if you had any trouble with this company?

ReplyDeleteActually I had the reverse experience with them. My food processor was delayed a day or so and I received a personal email letting me know. Just a couple days later, it arrived.
I'm so sorry you had a rough experience with them. You should email them and let them know of your troubles. They might help you out and possibly give you an apology gift card?
