One of the biggest changes I've made in my diet this year is switching out chips, cookies and ice cream and replacing it with yogurt. I've also replaced some of our unhealthier side dishes at dinner with cups of yogurt!

My way to go towards a healthier life is to eat more fruits and veggies. Even if you don't like them there is a way to cook them to your liking. Just make sure it's not buttered or deep fried.
Cool giveaway! My tip for trying to be healthier is to keep healthier snacks around so I am not tempted to eat sweets. Easier said than done though.

I'm new to this posting thing, but I learned last year that to be healthy you should eat 6 times a day, smaller meals.
