Giveaway: Yoplait Yo-Plus Gift Sets - 3 Winners!

One of the biggest changes I've made in my diet this year is switching out chips, cookies and ice cream and replacing it with yogurt. I've also replaced some of our unhealthier side dishes at dinner with cups of yogurt!

So when I was asked if I wanted to try Yoplait Yo-Plus Blueberry Aqui, it was like winning a mini-lotto! I'm always wanting to try new yogurts but I'm afraid of spending the money and not liking them.

What I like about the Yo-Plus series of yogurt is that it's great for your digestive health. They have about 10% of your daily fiber. From what I keep reading, many women fall short of their daily requirements for fiber, and I'm sure I fall into that category! The yogurt is creamy and delicious and...the most important part...it doesn't have that terrible yogurt after-taste like some of them do!

    My way to go towards a healthier life is to eat more fruits and veggies. Even if you don't like them there is a way to cook them to your liking. Just make sure it's not buttered or deep fried.

  51. I'm new to this posting thing, but I learned last year that to be healthy you should eat 6 times a day, smaller meals. I learned this from transformation.com, my name is kennie, my email adress is khansen@yumaed.org. I lost 55 pounds and I eat yogurt about once a day, but I haven't tried this kind.
