
Since it's "Marching Into Fitness" month here, I thought I'd throw out a little running tidbit. I'm thinking that I'll start my official 5K training on April 1st. No foolin'! I have a 5K Fitness Walk on the Sunday prior so what a great time to start! I plan on running in the meantime, but just at random, with no set schedule.
I know some of you may think that running's not for you. But if you've never tried it, now's a great time! If you need a little encouragement, start with reading John "The Penguin" Bingham's The Courage To Start: A Guide To Running for Your Life.
