Reduce, Re-use, Recycle: Coffee Mate Containers

I really love the ideas you all come up with for re-using things. So here's one for this week: Coffee Mate Containers.

I saw on a Baby DIY show that they took these and made bowling pins out of them. Now, they used Easter grass for hair and decorated them, etc. But I didn't need that additional mess in our house and I wanted to keep ours simple. So you can see what Nathan and I did for a fun little project today.

Now's your turn...got any creative ideas for how to re-use Coffee Mate Containers? Leave us a comment sharing your creativity!

  1. Those are great! We don't drink coffee, so I don't buy Coffee Mate, but now I wish I did. LOL

  2. Thank you! :)

I use the peppermint mocha ones to add to hot chocolate. I got these for free or near free through a Walgreens deal. So I figured I'd try it.

  6. the list is long!
salad dressing, water bottles, store and freeze extra buttermilk, Mix up powdered milk, freeze water inside for taking out to the park and for the small cooler. Put juice in for a small pitcher of juice for "tea parties" Store cooking oil to reuse.
