Blog Changes Coming Soon!

So hopefully in the next day, you'll see why I've been a little quieter on the blog lately. If all goes well, I should be up and running on Wordpress soon. We are just making some last minute changes and I'm getting myself a little used to how Wordpress works.

I just wanted to give you all a "heads up" that this is going to be happening as there is usually some downtime involved. So if you happen to come to the blog and it's not available, don't worry, I'm still around. :)

And for those of you that are email subscribers, if you should quit receiving emails for any reason, please make sure that you come back to the blog and sign-up again.

Well, I am going to try to get in a few postings and then I'm going to spend the day with my son as it's his birthday today. I can't believe he's 3 already. Time sure does fly by.

Where Have I Been?

My apologies with leaving you all without postings for so long and without warning.

My 10 month old has been basically inconsolable for two days now. I thought maybe she had the sickness Nathan had over the weekend but then I looked in her mouth and figured it out....she's cutting at least *three* teeth at the same time. Yikes! The crying has given me a throbbing headache and I've stayed clear of my computer.

I have a lot of deals to post, which I'll try to get posted tomorrow.

Quick Update

I didn't want you all to think I wasn't working on my 6 weeks of Organization Series, as I didn't get up a posting yet this week. It's actually the opposite--I've been decluttering/organizing like crazy and haven't had time to get my posting up yet. :) I hoping to get it up later today.

I'll share with you some before/after pics of my coupon organization. All I can say is---it feels good to have some order to them, now! :)

Quick Update

Sorry for leaving you without deals this afternoon. I didn't plan on being offline but just got caught up in some activities here. (After weeks of horrible sleep, I was even able to doze off and take a nap!!) The time flew by. I have lots of deals waiting to be posted. So, I'll catch you up here real soon.

I will be online & off-line randomly over the weekend. I plan on spending a lot of quality time with my family. I'm also excited that my in-laws are watching our kids part of the day on Sunday, though, so we get to have 100% focus on getting our garage/closet/vehicle project finished up for this week as part of our 6 Week Organization Series! If I'm brave enough, I may take some before/after pictures. :)

Quick Update: Emails and Such

Last night, I stayed up with the mission that I was *not* going to bed until all my emails were answered. Finally finished at 2AM! Whew! But, I have also had some feedback from a few readers that I didn't get back to them. Uh-oh! Yes, despite every attempt to keep up and stay organized, I have at times lost an email by mis-filing it or worse yet, accidentally deleted it.

Yet another way I show you guys that I am 100% human. :) I honestly do try to get back to all of my readers, typically within a few days to a week. It all depends on what "fun" I'm having here (such as flu bugs, teething, sleepless nights with kids...you know...fun!) :)

So anyway, at this point, I think I'm caught up. If I haven't emailed you back, please don't think I'm a snob. I'm just a busy Mommy-Blogger that can sometimes (often) get disorganized---which I am totally working on, as you'll soon see. (A foreshadowing of things to come...yup!!) If you haven't heard from me, please re-send your request and I'll do my best to apologize immensely and answer you back. :) Also, I just noticed that some of you were using the address on my email newsletter, which is now my "freebie inbox" of 9,000+ emails! I've been trying to check it regularly but please use my coupongeek @ live.com address. Someday, Google will let me change that address but there's a glitch that is preventing it right now.

Thank you so much to all my readers for their kind comments and words of encouragement, especially this last month when I've been debating the direction of Coupon Geek's existence---should I stay or farewell? A cyber *HUG* to you all. You are definitely the air that keeps the life into this blog...and this blogger, who at this point, plans on keeping Coupon Geek alive for some time yet.

My Fellow Bloggers have been amazing in helping me out with sharing deals this week. I haven't been able to post them all so be prepared for a weekend full of great deals! :)

Quick Update

I didn't want to mention this as I hoped it would pass quickly but I have been battling a summer cold/flu bug since about Wednesday. Yes, this is the reason for my more limited postings! I'm too "foggy-headed" to think clearly, let alone type sensible postings.

But anyway, I'm just giving you a heads up that I will more than likely be light on postings this weekend. The entire family is now sick so that's where my needs are right now.

But, rest assured, I am still eating healthy (had a nutrional bowl of a healthier oatmeal and blueberries!) and I still plan on getting my exercise in. I'm hoping the exercise will make me feel a little better. I'm hoping some of you are starting the 30 Day Get Fit Challenge today. I'll put a posting up early next week so that we can all share a few comments.

For those of you that have emailed me deals and/or questions, I promise I will get to them as soon as I can.
