  2. On Saturday mornings at CVS we get the early edition of the Sunday paper for half the price of the actual Sunday paper--and coupons are included!

  3. That coupon in the 7/13 RP says Any 20 ct +. I don't think you can use it on a liquid form then, am I right?

  5. While I am still new to couponing, using a coupon on a product that it was not intended for by the mfg even if the store allows it is fraud. And people that do things like this are just making it hard for the rest of us who use the coupons how they are supposed to be used. I realize mistakes happen and sometimes you use a coupon that you weren't supposed to but knowingly using a q that wasn't meant for the product that you used it on is wrong. Especially when you post and encourage others to try it.

I will no longer be following your blog.

  6. I posted the last comment so everyone could see that viewer's opinion. (I know some bloggers would have deleted it and swiped it under the rug but I'm not like that!) I do everything I can to refrain from any type of coupon fraud. I have come across many deals on the web, but have skipped them because they are such gray area. Looking over what the viewer has stated, I can see why the coupon suggested might have been a bad suggestion and I do apologize. Yes, while THAT coupon may scan properly, looking over the exact wording of THAT coupon, it doesn't say it could include liquid form and you are absolutely right, it shouldn't be used. (The one I originally used said $2 off ANY Advil product. Does anyone know the date/insert for this so I can list it? I should have looked more carefully at the other one to see it's wording, too.) My apologies to my readers, especially the one who commented anonymously. I do hope you check back and take a second consideration at coming back to the blog. I promise you will not see this on the blog again. I am hear to offer help with deals, not scams. I have pulled this off the posting and the comments and again, I do apologize. It's too gray area to be suggested. That's all I can say: Mistake made. Apology made. Promise made to be much more careful and read all the wording before offering suggestions.

  7. By the way, I think the $2 OFF ANY ADVIL PRODUCT that I used might have been from the June/July All You magazine. Not that this matters, as the Advil deal is over. But in case you are looking for the original coupon I had mentioned, that's where you might find it. The one from the 7/13RP doesn't state whether liquid form is accepted or not so I am not recommending that it be used, despite that the manufacturer's let it scan and accept it. Thanks.
