Simple Steps: Week Three
For newbies, click here for previous postings.
Hard to believe we are already on Week Three! Where has the time gone! Well, I'll jump right in and give you the latest four new habits for this week:
1) Take a multi-vitamin everyday.
2) Be aware of posture and breathing.
3) Keep a clear desktop. (or computer desk!)
4) Make sure to cleanse and moisturize daily.
This week isn't as exciting for me as last week but, all the same, these are good habits to incorporate into your daily life. Hope your week goes well!
