As I promised last week, I am starting a 3-week fitness giveaway to help encourage all of you to start off 2009 with a healthier lifestyle and get some exercise into your daily lives. Unfortunately, each week I'll only have one DVD to give away.
I had heard some good reviews about the Jillian Michaels - 30 Day Shred
on Twitter. So I thought that might be a good one to start off the fitness giveaways. The giveaway is simple. Just leave a comment with your name and email address. I'm going to cut the entries off on Thursday at Noon. (CST) One winner will be randomly selected. I'll contact the winner via email and announce it in a posting either Thursday evening or Friday before I post the next giveaway.
