Giveaway #2: Yoplait Fiber One Gift Set - Three Winners!!!!!
If you've been following my blog for even the shortest time, you've probably heard me gushing about how much I love yogurt. :) I've really made quite a switch in our diets this year by switching out several of our unhealthier side dishes to a cup of yogurt. There have been so many fabulous yogurt coupons, that when paired with a great sale, they are actually budget-friendly.
I was asked by My Blog Spark if I wanted to try out the new line of Yoplait Fiber One "Zero Guilt" yogurt. They are the only yogurt so far to have only 50 calories and 5 grams of fiber! To which you are thinking, but how did it taste? Well they offer the flavors of Strawberry, Peach, Vanilla and Key Lime Pie. Key Lime Pie? Yum! It sounded like a dessert so I, of course, picked that one for my "freebie." Now, I'm not one who has ever had a real key lime pie so I can't compare them, in that sense, but let me tell you, it tasted like dessert in a cup to me! And after using my EA Sports Active and seeing how much I have to workout to lose calories, I appreciate that these are only 50! :) (Thank you, Yoplait!!)
Once again, My Blog Spark has been so incredibly generous by offering me a great gift pack to give away, to not one, but *three* of my readers! So here's what 3 of you will win: (see picture above!)
~ A coupon for a FREE Yoplait Fiber One 4-pack to try for yourself
~ A Yoplait Fiber One Cooler/Lunch Bag
~ A Divided bowl,Cup and fork/spoon set to carry your snacks and such in

To be healthier in my diet, I have resolved to make most of our meals from the perimeter of the grocery store (meaning dairy, meat, and produce aisles) and try to limit the middles aisles to snacks like crackers, canned goods, and boxed meals. That means most of our calories come from things that can grow!!!!
