Yes, you can use both as one is a Target coupon and one is a Manufacturer's coupon. And most Targets will ring one coupon down so that you don't get overage, since that is many of their policies.
If this isn't your normal brand, consider picking up some and dropping it off at your local animal shelter or even The Salvation Army. Remember, if the needy can't feed themselves, they still need help feeding their pets! (It's so sad to hear of so many unemployed having to give up their pets due to financial issues. I have a friend getting married in October and they are asking for donations instead of things (they have 2 households to combine already!)and they listed the SPCA as a charity they would like to support. I am using all of my cheap/free pet food deals to stock up. Right before the wedding I'm going to drop off the food at the animal shelter and take a pic of our donation with our kids holding a "Congratulations!" sign. I'll probably put in a pretty frame so they have something to unwrap. I'm so excited about this as a wedding gift. Thanks for pointing out this offer - it will help bulk up our donation/gift!!!
