I would love to win this ,since I had my 3rd child I can't find time to go out and exercise.Thanks.
ReplyDeleteI love getting up early in the morning, usually by 5:30am, and getting my butt to SPIN CLASS at my YMCA! It is awesome!! -- I am a HUGE fan of Jillian, and was just reading her article in the latest edition of Health Magazine.
ReplyDeleteI use my elliptical and watch Bones or Lie to Me or Burn Notice while I exercise.
ReplyDeleteI'm a huge fan of wii fit! I also enjoy billy blanks boot camp but after my baby I lack the strength to do those so looking for something new! I'm new to fitness
ReplyDeleteI have wanted to try this workout - during the winter I used to do Billy Blanks TaeBo workout videos, but our VHS player broke recently so I will be in search of replacement DVDs such as the 30 day shred!
ReplyDeleteI am a follower of your blog!
ReplyDeleteThis is too funny. I was just looking up this video this morning to buy. So now I will enter yours first. During the winter here, (Texas) it still doesn't get that cold so I usually try to walk outdoors. However, if the weather is too rough, I use my treadmill or stationary bike.
ReplyDeleteI love wii fit
ReplyDeleteWell, I haven't really started working out much since my last baby was born, hence my great need for the DVD! :) But in the past, I did workout videos and ran on my treadmill! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteLast year I started Tae Bo . . . until I got pregnant. I'm about to start something again!
ReplyDeleteOh...this is great. I was looking to change my routine. I currently watch videos from Comcast on damand.
ReplyDeleteI'm also a follower.
ReplyDeleteBecame a follower on Facebook.
ReplyDeleteI once lost 15 pounds during the winter months by treating my trip to the Y every day as a 30 minute errand. When I looked at it that way, it seemed to move up in importance to me, and I got results. I'd love to save a trip to the Y by having Jillian in my living room! Jillian does terrific work w/ people on the Biggest Loser--very uplifting and inspiring show!
ReplyDeleteI "plan" to do workouts during naptimes once the baby gets here. I could use Jillian screaming at me!
ReplyDeleteI get your emails already!
ReplyDeleteJust became a FB fan!
ReplyDeleteI follow via Google Reader
ReplyDeleteIn the winter months, I use my treadmill, Wii Fit and exercise videos. I'd love to add this one to my rotation.
ReplyDeleteI walk every day. I also run and down my stairs :)

I stay fit in the winter months by brisk outside walking. It is colder which makes me walk faster to stay warmer. If it is raining though, I will stay inside and climb our stairs in 30 minute intervals 4 times per day.
ReplyDeleteIt's boring but I am a treadmill person. Yuck, but when it's nice I run outside and when it's not nice, I run indoors.

ReplyDeleteLOVE Jillian! She is mean, but awesome. I try to walk pushing my kids in the stroller, but sometimes I do a video after they have gone to bed (so I don't have to deal with the extra work, you know what I am talking with kids!!!). Would love to win this, especially for the up coming winter months. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteI don't stay fit and I need to start now. I need something like this now. Thanks.
ReplyDeletei follow you on google reader
ReplyDeleteI stay fit with workout dvds. My faves are Denise Austin Cardio Blast and Billy Blanks Tae Bo.
ReplyDeleteaqua15cat@yahoo.com
Well this will be my first winter in the north. So I am sure I will be doing exercise videos in the basement, hopefully Jillian's 30 day shred.

ReplyDeleteHonestly, I usually wait for warmer weather! We bought an eliptial machine and I am hoping to use it and watch reruns of The Office! It makes the time go by faster.

ReplyDeleteIn the winter it is not hard to do outdoor stuff here since it is a pretty mild winter ( I live in AZ.) So I usually try to walk around my neighborhood or do the Wii or Dvds. Whatever I can find to get me moving!

I try to use my elliptical machine, but I also love doing Tae Bo. I've been doing that for years, and I love it!

I live in CO so it's definitely hard to exercise in the winter. Last year, I told my friend that I would run in the Bolder, Boulder with her 6.2 miles. Because I had a goal and a friend to help support me, it MADE me find the time to train. I went to the gym last year. This year, I'll probably go to my friend's house because she has a mini-gym in her basement.
ReplyDeleteI am a member of weight watchers. I find that watching what I put in me is even more effective than trying to burn what I eat off of me
ReplyDeleteI should be using my wii fit but right now I'll admit I'm not working out at all and I need to. I'v heard alot about this DVD and maybe it's just what i need to get my butt moving again!

Thanks for all the great tips, links and givaways!
What I do to stay fit in the winter months is to play with my Wii and do typical housework, that alone burns alot of calories. Or I go out for bike rides (when its not raining, it doesnt snow here so I dont have to worry about that)
ReplyDeletePlus Im a follower of yours on Twitter and Facebook.

I go to the Y or use my Wii.
ReplyDeletejenzima@aol.com
I do jumping jacks & then use the kids as weights for arm/leg lifts. They find it hilarious & fun, and it actually gives me a good workout. Although they're getting a bit long/heavy/awkward for it.

Hi! I finally asked family last year to contribute to the our family needs to join the y fund. So we got a membership to the y. It's a hassle actually leaving the house to go, but it gets us out and we have different things to do there.
ReplyDeleteOtherwise, I get out and walk, especially on sunny days.
Thanks!

I stay in shape in the winter by signing up for a half-marathon that is held at the beginning of spring. Forces me to the gym or outdoors on "nicer" New England winter days. :)

ReplyDeleteI don't stay in shape. I don't like walking by myself in the dark (short winter days) or have a treadmill sometimes I will walk in place at home and dh thinks I'm crazy.

I use Turbo Jam DVD's and walk when the weather permits. I would love to try something new.
ReplyDeleteMy church has this wonderful workout center that has a walking track, racket ball and fitness equipment. That I can use anytime I want too. It sure saves me money and time from joining a gym. And perfect during the colder months cause it's heated...

Would love to win this! In fact, I'm watching "The Biggest Loser" as I write this... My husband and I just started working out twice a week, elliptical and a variety of weight lifting. Also, I try to walk on my treadmill every morning. Still not enough, though, to get back to pre-baby weight!
ReplyDeleteAlready a subscriber!! Love it!

I like to run when it's cold! also, netflix instant viewing fitness video.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance to win!
I have 22 month old twin boys and a 3 week old daughter, so my time to work out is very limited these days! Back in the day, I used to go to the gym in the winter, do heated yoga, and run outside when there wasn't too much ice and snow. Now, I'm lucky to get a shower every day! I would love the 30 day shred to help me get back into shape. Thanks for the chance to win!

ReplyDeleteLove to run and living in TX I just have to use my under armor cold gear 2 or 3 times per year. Most the time I'm in shorts
I jog laps around the backyard while the kids play. We have a big yard. It doesn't get very cold here but it does get rainy. I could use an awesome DVD for rainy days!
ReplyDeleteI try to use the treadmill in the winter but it is boring and hard to stay motivated.
ReplyDeleteWe got an exercise bike last christmas and I've been trying to ride it when the weather outside is yucky.
