2) Go HERE to Disney Rewards and use code "Tinkfan" (You may have to get an account if you don't already have one, but it's FREE)
3) Checkout and pay the $3.25 Shipping.

UPDATE: When you go the Disney Rewards link, click on the Rewards tab. You'll have to login or become a member (free) Then type in your Tinkfan code and it will come up with the Tote offer. Hope this helps! If it doesn't work, it must have ended. Sorry!
