Christmas In The Kitchen Giveaway #1: A Baker's Field Guide to Christmas Cookies
I had a lot of fun trying to decide what to giveaway that was baking-related. There were so many choices. But I'm a sucker for books. Love them! Can't get enough of them! So that's what I ended up going with--a recipe book!
So my first of two giveaways in this series is for A Baker's Field Guide to Christmas Cookies.
I loved that it has a 5-star review and it looks like lots of recipe choices to choose from. They even have one for Dog Biscuits so you can make some for your favorite dog. (be it yours, a neighbor's, a friend's...)
It's a very nice spiral-bound recipe book with these things on each recipe: great illustration, directions, "field notes" (background on the cookie/spices) and lifespan. (how long they'll keep fresh.) She also sometimes gives "related species" which is how you can make a different cookie with switching an ingredient or two. It just such a nice recipe book for veteran and new bakers.
So if you want to try to be the lucky winner of it....
