Giveaway #10: Set of 4 Books For Kids
One of my favorite ways to spend time with my kids is to read books with them. They are just captivated with any new book that I bring into the house. I have to read them over and over.
So one of the giveaways that I wanted to be sure to do was for a set of books for someone else to share with other children. I had a little help in the choices. I asked Nathan to bring me some of his favorites that he thought I should order. Lately, he's been loving the books by Scholastic, Step Into Reading and Hello Readers. They are simple and short pages but still enough there to keep their interest.
So the winner of this giveaway will win a set of 4 books that include:
What Is That? Said The Cat (Hello Reader, Level 1)
Buzz Said the Bee (Hello Reader, Level 1)
Elmo Says Achoo! (Step-Into-Reading, Step 1)
Wake Up, Sun! (Step-Into-Reading, Step 1)
I know all of you don't have kids but it could be a chance for you to win something to donate to some in need.
HERE'S HOW TO ENTER
1) Leave a comment telling me what is one/some of the books that your kids have you read over and over? (or your favorite book as a kid) Be sure to leave your first name & email/blog address.
After that, here are other ways to enter: (Please, make sure that you submit extra comments if you do these.)
2) Either subscribe to my email newsletter or become a follower. (If you are already, thank you and you get that 2nd entry)
3) Follow me on Twitter. (If you are already, thank you and you get that 3rd entry)
4) Blog/Tweet about the giveaway.
There are now a total of 4 entries per person! (Please be sure to leave separate entries for each one.)
Entry is open to US residents only through 11:59pm CST on Saturday, December 12th, 2009. Winners will be chosen using random.org and contacted by email. If you're the winner, you'll have 48 hours to respond or an alternate will be chosen.
Good luck to all of you who enter!

I think every week we have a new favorite book in our house. My kids love reading and we do lots of it! We went through our purplicious and pinkalicious stage, the Fancy Nancy stage, etc. Over Thanksgiving though, my parents brought me some of the childrens books they still had from when I was little and there were a bunch of the Little Critter books. My kids have been asking to have those read non-stop for the last few weeks. I love them too!
