Giveaway #2 This Week: 30 Day Shred w/ Jillian Michaels

So I picked up Jillian Michaels - 30 Day Shred and I was going to start it---until I got EA Sports Active for my birthday. So I am going to wait until September before I feel the burn from Jillian. :) BUT, I have heard such amazing, amazing things about this DVD that I told myself, I HAVE to do a giveaway for it! What better way to kick off The 30 Day Get Fit Challenge?!

So I am giving away a copy of Jillian Michaels - 30 Day Shred that will quickly be mailed out to the daring and adventurous winner in time for August 1st!

Here's How to Enter:

1) Leave a comment and tell me what is the one thing that you need to focus on the most as far as fitness/health? Be sure to leave your first name & email/blog address.

After that, you can also enter two other ways: (Make sure you leave a separate comment for these, too!)

2) Subscribe via Email/Reader or Follow the Blog. (These are in my left sidebar.)Make sure you come back here and leave a comment with your first name and email/blog address. (This should be a separate comment than the one above.) NOTE: If you are already a subscriber, thank you, and please give yourself another entry!

3) For an additional entry, write a posting on your blog about the giveaway or you can "tweet" about the giveaway on twitter. Make sure that you leave another comment with your email/blog address letting me know that you did this.

4) There's a total of three entries allowed per person.

  2. I think that the biggest thing I need to focus on with fitness is just doing it. I can always come up with things to do instead of exercising and I need to just do it : )

  3. hi,
i have 4 1/2 and 2 1/2 boys and i think the biggest factor that keeps me from exercising is that boys are all ways rowdy. i usually keep nap time for household chores but i need to remind myself that i have to take care of my self also, which in turn will make me a better mom.

    thanks,

  4. Like Kim said the biggest thing that I need to do is just get in the exercise mode and habit. I've gained about 15 pounds since having a baby and I need to get back into shape (so I don't have to buy all new clothes). Thanks for the chance and I really enjoy reading your blog. :)

  13. Weird - this was our dinner conversation topic for the evening ... I definitely need to focus on consistency. I tend to work out really well for about a week, then slowly drop off because of excuse after excuse .. I want it to just be part of my life. I've wanted to try the 30 Day Shred, just haven't gotten around to purchasing it so this would be great! Good luck in your August Challenge - I am going to try to use you as my inspiration to keep it up this month.

  15. In order for me to look my best, I need to focus on weight/strength training as well as cardio. The weights are making a big difference in my body. I'm finally losing the inches that wouldn't come off with cardio alone. I try to keep my workouts fresh and fun and I work out with a buddy. We'd love to have Jillian's workout!

Last year was hard for me, as we moved from Hawaii to Florida, I was feeling depressed and ate all the time, and of course the pounds piled up!...On Febuary this year a friend invited me to go to the gym with her, so we started to get into an excercise routine, which was hard at first, but after a couple of months we added new moves, and when summer arrived we started to swimm a few times a week as well, which I love! So, basically we are always trying new excercise routines to keep us motivated and to have fun with it.

"ourselves". My new quote "it's finally all about me" Took me a long time to figure that out. I joined a gym, try to walk every night, and I downloaded a free copy of Jillian Michael's Mini Workouts, and wake up an hour earlier every day to do at least 2 mini workouts. 53 next month, and I feel better than ever. Gonna write a book "My life backwards" Good luck everyone!

  130. Somebody stole my answer :), but I was going to say I need to "JUST DO IT." Make it a priority and start forming some habits. Biggest barrier is 4 kids from 12 down to 1 who are all in different stages and don't allow for much "free time!" I could also stand to cut down on sweet snacks... but I know I won't, so I'll just start with better exercise habits. :)

  138. I need to focus more on cardio. Making my heart healthier (as I was born with an arrythmia) would be a great way to try and keep myself healthy.

  145. I need to be more diligent with my eating. I stopped eating healthy when I got pregnant. Now, with a 9 month old, I get so busy taking care of him I get so hungry and just grab something quick..usually junk.
